There is a large, diverse talent pool looking for part-time and job-sharing opportunities.These people often have responsibilities outside of work that demand their time, such ascaring for their family members. Offering job sharing and part-time jobs, especially aboveentry-level positions, gives you access to this diverse candidate pool, with just as muchtalent as you'd find anywhere else. In this course, we'll discuss why candidates areseeking these types of jobs, and the advantages and disadvantages to having part-timeor job-sharing roles. We'll also go over several job-sharing models, and what companiesshould do to ensure a successful implementation of these models.
