This course in building a successful consulting practice is directed toward looking at how to help develop from the beginning or building from what presently exists a successful consulting practice. While it addresses the specific concerns of operating and surviving in a competitive world, it does not specifically treat any individual type entity. Instead it addresses the general concerns of many types of firms wishing to build a consulting component and to survive and prosper in today's competitive environment. This basic level course is most beneficial to professionals new to this topic who may be at the staff or entry level in the CPA organization but also for a seasoned professional with limited exposure to this topic, or one who desires to acquire additional competencies.
