This course covers how technology, processes, and people work together in an agile finance model to lay the foundation for digital intelligence. To capture and optimize the competitive power of digital intelligence, the Finance, Planning, and Accounting (FP&A) function needs to transform into a new, more agile and data-driven model. The first module covers how that transformation happens through a combination of adding cloud-enabled capabilities and building up skills for advanced analytics. The second module will explain what digital readiness is, why it’s important to finance organizations and individuals, and how to use a seven-step framework to assess digital readiness.
