Our habits are so ingrained in our day-to-day lives that often, they can dictate our path and destination. That's a pretty powerful force! In a previous course, we talked about habit design. Habit design is the intentional creation or maintenance of the habits that we want in our lives. In this program, we're going to focus on another habit design technique: habit stacking. Habit stacking is a way to create new habits by connecting them to ones that are already ingrained in our daily schedule. Here, we'll discuss the benefits of habit stacking and how to employ this technique.
