This course is required for all California supervisors who work for organizations with five or more employees. It explains what supervisors and managers in California should do to avoid or minimize incidents of discrimination and harassment. It is recommended as a training tool to reduce the risk of legal liability that supervisors and managers face for violations of federal, state, and local workplace discrimination and harassment laws. This course satisfies the sexual harassment training requirements for California.
