You'll see how to navigate the interface, create schedules, and set up and manage groups. You'll learn how to create and assign shifts and how to change views to see overall coverage for your team. You'll also learn how to use specific tools such as sharing, approving time, and modifying settings. Jennifer will teach you how to use Shifts from both the desktop app and the mobile app to add requests, clock in and out, and change shifts.
