The four modules in this e-learning program provide an important tool for strategically managing an organization' s performance: the balanced scorecard. In Module 1 of this program we introduce the balanced scorecard and discuss implementation. The second module, Strategic Management for Your Organization, concentrates on the management processes around scorecards, building a risk scorecard and linking scorecards and scenario planning. In the third module, we examine a specific private sector case study of scorecard implementation: MDS. In the fourth module, we look at a public sector case study of scorecard implementation: the RCMP. When you complete all modules in this course, you will take a final test.
