Being an ally to the LGBTQ+ community is an essential aspect of creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace. As you'll see in this course, supporting people who are different than you is not only the right thing to do, but it is also beneficial to your team. In this program, we'll discuss ways to be an LGBTQ+ ally. This includes educating yourself, speaking up against discrimination and bias, using inclusive language, and staying mindful of privilege.
