As a leader, it can be easy to get so involved in the advancement of your organizationthat you overlook the individual needs of your employees, especially working parents andcaregivers. These are people that support someone who depends on them outside ofwork, like their children or other relatives. In this program, we'll talk about what life lookslike for these people outside of the office, where their time, energy, and focus is oftengoing, and the strain they may feel getting tugged between work and home. We'll also goover what companies and managers can do to better support parents and caregivers.
