Most of us have moments at work when we feel irritated, tired, overwhelmed, or unmotivated-and it can be difficult to break out of that mindset, whatever it is. Meditation is a constructive way to reset your mind and improve your overall mental health. Although the idea of meditating in your workplace may be new, or even sound funny to you, it can truly be transformative. There are many ways to meditate, but there are two common forms that we'll cover here in this course. We'll go over the steps to these quick mediation exercises and discuss why they're beneficial to put into daily practice.
