Welcome to the “A Harassment-Free Workplace (NY)” course designed to educate managers on how to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment by addressing and preventing harassment in all forms. This course, comprising 15 lessons, discusses key topics such as bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment, bystander intervention, sex and gender issues, reporting procedures, and prevention practices. Additionally, it addresses supervisor-specific topics, such as the supervisor’s and organization’s role in addressing harassment, investigation procedures, liability, and recognizing signs of harassment. Throughout each lesson, this course equips viewers with knowledge, tools, and resources to take a stand against inappropriate behavior. Through the use of real-life examples, interactive scenarios, and actionable tips, supervisors can feel prepared to prevent and address poor behavior and create a harassment-free workplace for all.
