Welcome to the “Accommodating Disabilities” video course intended to help employers maintain a welcoming workplace where individuals living with disabilities can thrive. This course, which comprises six video lessons, sheds some light on the Americans with Disabilities Act and explains how organizations should handle medical and/or disability-related leave requests. In addition, this course describes the appropriate etiquette for interacting with individuals living with disabilities and offers strategies for boosting the productivity of workers who have psychiatric disabilities.
