Welcome to the “An Employee’s Guide to 360 Surveys” course designed to teach employees about the use of 360 reviews in their organization. This course, comprising three lessons, explains how 360 surveys are utilized in an organization and how employees can successfully participate in the process. Employees will be given an overview of how the review works, what it is, and why it’s useful in the first lesson. In the second lesson, learners will be taught tips for receiving feedback from the surveys with appreciation rather than as criticism. And in the final lesson, viewers will understand the review process and learn how to take a more mindful approach when giving others feedback with the survey.
