This course equips participants with the knowledge and tools for identifying and responding sexual harassment as a bystander. You’ll learn what it means to be a bystander and explore psychological barriers to intervention including diffusion of responsibility, evaluation apprehension, and pluralistic ignorance.  _x000D_ _x000D_ You’ll also learn how to use four key intervention strategies effectively and consider how to apply those approaches in real-world situations.
