Learn how to step in confidently to support others and contribute to a workplace culture of accountability and respect.  _x000D_ _x000D_ In every workplace, recognizing and responding to inappropriate behavior is essential to fostering a safe environment. This course equips participants with the knowledge and tools for identifying and responding sexual harassment as a bystander. You’ll learn what it means to be a bystander and explore psychological barriers to intervention including diffusion of responsibility, evaluation apprehension, and pluralistic ignorance.  _x000D_ _x000D_ You’ll also learn how to use four key intervention strategies effectively and consider how to apply those approaches in real-world situations. By the end of the course, you’ll be better prepared to recognize when something isn’t right, respond appropriately, and help create a safer, more inclusive workplace for everyone.
