This course is designed for US supervisors located outside the states of CA, CO, CT, DE, IL, ME, NY, and WA. It begins with foundational concepts, such as definitions and laws protecting against discrimination, before delving into types of harassment, including sexual harassment and gray areas like power dynamics.
