Despite some progress in recent years, harassment and discrimination continue to impact the everyday workforce. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) recommends that employers across the U.S. provide [harassment prevention] training to all employees to ensure they understand their rights and responsibilities._x000D_ _x000D_ This course will help employees recognize the many forms harassment can take, and will guide them through strategies, solutions, and best practices when it comes to identifying, reporting, and preventing harassment in their workplace._x000D_ _x000D_ This course is designed for US employees located in the state of New York, including New York City.
