The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) recommends that employers across the U.S. provide [harassment prevention] training to all employees to ensure they understand their rights and responsibilities._x000D_ _x000D_ Supervisor training covers the same important topics as Non-Supervisor training, but is designed keeping in mind that supervisors have more influence over the workplace, and more responsibility when it comes to recognizing and preventing harassment, and responding to harassment incidents._x000D_ _x000D_ This course covers state training mandates for US Supervisors (CA, CO, CT, DE, IL, ME, NY, and WA).
