Despite some progress in recent years, harassment and discrimination continue to impact the everyday workforce. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) recommends that employers across the U.S. provide [harassment prevention] training to all employees to ensure they understand their rights and responsibilities. Supervisor training covers the same important topics as Non-Supervisor training, but is designed keeping in mind that supervisors have more influence over the workplace, and more responsibility when it comes to recognizing and preventing harassment, and responding to harassment incidents. This course is designed for US supervisors located outside the states of CA, CO, CT, DE, IL, ME, NY, and WA.
