This mini-course defines Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and explains many of the ways these factors both impact and are impacted by company operations. It explains the importance and benefits of ESG reporting and provides examples of ESG initiatives and reporting frameworks. The course also discusses the importance of employee participation and lists ways employees can get involved in ESG efforts at their organizations.
