No amount of effort can earn you more than 60 minutes in an hour and 24 hours in a day, and the competition for your time is intense. Don’t resort to adding hours to your work day. Instead recognize it’s your choices about work hours that will differentiate you as an effective leader, rather than someone trapped in a perpetual race against the clock. Let’s discuss how to more effectively use your time, energy and focus.
