Welcome to the “Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) for Ontario” course where viewers will learn about Ontario OHSA regulations and their rights and responsibilities under the Act. This course, comprising of two lessons, will discuss who enforces OHSA standards, how it’s enforced, and the penalties for violating the standards. By the end of this course, expect to have a basic understanding of the Ontario OHSA standard and the rights and responsibilities of all roles within the workplace to uphold these standards.
