Welcome to the Power and Influence video course meant to educate viewers on the importance and prevalence of power in the workplace and how it can be used to influence others. This course, which comprises six video lessons, addresses different aspects of power and influence, such as the six sources of power, specific influence tactics, how the power of conformity influences others, and how to better approach different cultures’ perceptions of power. Ultimately, learners should understand how to use power to influence others ethically, and they should gain an increased awareness of when they might be negatively influenced.
