Welcome to the topic of mastering project management! This video course, Project Management Pre-Work, comprises 18 video lessons and describes how to get your project off to a stellar start. In this video course, viewers will learn how to gauge the project parameters, requirements, and problems or opportunities, as well as identify and validate needs, wants, and other project assumptions. In addition, learners will come to understand project goal statements, plans, risks, and proposals.
