Welcome to the “Respect at Work” video series meant to help employees cultivate a respectful and inviting workplace. This course, which comprises nine lessons that can be viewed separately or in order, addresses key concepts such as ethics, harassment, and diversity. In addition, it helps employees communicate positively and meaningfully by discussing conflict resolution, body language, active listening, and appreciation. Ultimately, learners should have the skills and understanding they need to be truly respectful employees in the workplace.
