One way to collect this is through surveys. Whether you are polling customers or employees, you need to make sure the results are valid, and this takes planning, preparation, and some basic knowledge of survey method. This video course contains eight video lessons that will provide guidance as you prepare and deliver quality surveys, learn how to design valid research, and understand how to analyze the data and develop an action plan.
