Bullying isn't something that just affects children. A survey showed that 27% of Americanworkers reported experiencing some form of bullying by managers or coworkers. Another21% reported witnessing bullying in the workplace. In this course, we'll define workplacebullying and discuss what it is and what it is not. We'll go over what to do if you see bullyingand abusive behavior at work or if you experience it yourself.
