While we cannot guarantee that every request will be implemented, we are committed to reviewing and considering all submissions thoughtfully and transparently.

✏️ How We Handle Feedback

  • All ideas are reviewed. The Product team regularly evaluates incoming feedback and incorporates it into our ongoing planning process.
  • We prioritize based on impact and alignment. Each request is assessed in the context of our strategic goals, customer reach, and level of effort required to implement it.
  • We may reach out for clarification. In some cases, a member of our team may add a comment to better understand your use case or explore the request further.
  • We strive to provide visibility. When an idea results in a planned enhancement or release, we will make every effort to keep you informed.

 Guidelines for Submitting Feedback

To help us evaluate your idea effectively:

  • Follow the template. Please describe the problem you are trying to solve, not just the feature you’re requesting. Learn more about best practices for submitting feedback.
  • Be patient. While all feedback is appreciated, not every request can be prioritized or addressed immediately.
  • Follow the Community Code of Conduct. We aim to maintain a respectful and productive environment for all participants.
  • Report bugs to Support. This portal is for sharing product enhancement ideas. If you’re experiencing an issue, please contact LCvista Customer Support for assistance.
  • Search before posting. Contributing to existing threads helps keep the portal organized and makes ideas easier to find and evaluate.
  • Vote and comment. If you see an idea you support, please use the upvote button! Adding a comment with your specific use case can strengthen the case for prioritization.
