Prior to her 8+ years of work as a coach and consultant, Jessica Boyer was a leader in both the for-profit and non-profit sector. She served as the Executive Director of her local United Way, and later served on both regional and state boards supporting non-profit work at a larger scale. Her work with community leaders and business executives gives her the perspective needed to be an effective coach in workplace settings. Her professional background along with her education gives Jessica the ability to show up where her clients need her to be and intuitively offer the support they need. Jessica received Masters in Community Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling, and since then has gone on to become a Certified Therapeutic Coach, a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology, as well as Certified Holistic Health Coach.

Jessica will not deny that her energy comes from transformation. There is no “one size fits all,” so Jessica loves to watch as her clients own who they are and recognize their own unique gifts they have to offer. There is nothing better than watching and celebrating a client’s journey!

Dr. Erika Powell is a seasoned executive coach and facilitator who is on a mission to create organizations where people thrive.

Passionate about fostering transformation at the personal & professional levels in the workplace, she has  supported individuals, teams, and organizations in navigating some of business' biggest challenges in Diversity,
Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Organizational Culture, Employee & Leadership Development, Emotional  Intelligence, and Employee Engagement.

With her unique ability to teach people how to lead, connect, and collaborate across differences, Dr. Powell is a leading expert at creating meaningful change & impact. Her strength lies in creating safe environments where clients can connect to their cultural identities, articulate their disconnects & differences, express strong emotions in healthy ways, navigate conflict from a place of vulnerability and authenticity, and feel supported in taking the creative & interpersonal risks needed to create new possibilities and ways of being. With her, clients experience the alignment and cohesion needed to advance their vision, mission, and goals and to create healthy, thriving cultures & communities. Whether working with individuals or groups in virtual, hybrid, or in-person settings, she provides personalized support that helps clients quickly achieve breakthroughs and get
results in the areas that matters most to them.

She is an emerging artist who enjoys painting and dancing. Currently, she is penning her memoir. Outside of work, you'll find her on a hike through the redwoods, animal tracking on the Pacific Coast Cliffs, enjoying African and Caribbean dance classes at a local studio, or reading a book on the couch while snuggling her two pups, Magda & Papichulo.

Since leaving Deloitte’s Advisory practice in 2015, Kris has served in rapidly expanding leadership roles in accounting, finance, and consulting. Prior to Deloitte, he co-founded a successful small business with his wife, Glenda, who ran that company for nearly a decade.

Kris left public accounting as a Managing Director in 2021 to pursue coach training, and to serve as a Consulting CFO and board member to a group of companies, including one INC5000.

Kris is a passionate coach around topics such as: Burnout Prevention & Recovery, Delegation (Up and Down), Boundary Setting, Time Management, Values-Aligned Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Mindfulness & Meditation, Conscious Leadership, Inner Development, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Professional Services Leaders, Senior Executives, Emerging Leaders.

As the Director of Talent Advisor Services, Amanda helps clients and firms achieve their personal and professional development goals. With over 20 years of experience as a people and operations leader in public accounting firms of various sizes, Amanda specializes in people development, team leadership, program implementation, and the execution of growth initiatives. She excels in working with diverse stakeholders to align and achieve strategic objectives.

Throughout her career, Amanda has driven efficiency and effectiveness within firms by leading process improvements, optimizing technology, and implementing automation. She is passionate about elevating individuals’ leadership skills through focus, clarity, and accountability, ensuring that both firms and their leaders maximize their potential.

Amanda is deeply committed to the accounting industry, actively participating in and leading various professional communities. She played a pivotal role in founding the Missouri chapter of the CPA Firm Management Association and has contributed significantly to the Missouri Society of CPAs through speaking engagements and program development. Her leadership extends to the Moore Global Network, where she has recently served on the Social Ambition Advisory Board and as a Lead Social Ambition Ambassador and Regional Ambassador.

Known for her ability to make a positive impact, Amanda is skilled at leading teams and developing talent. Her positive energy and genuine care for others are evident in every interaction.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys gardening, learning new skills like playing the banjo, and hiking with her husband Jon and their two teenagers, Abi and Clay, in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Missouri.

Erin Crowley

As Spiirall’s Global Learning and Development Advisor, Erin serves as an expert on the training needs of the global accounting industry. She provides expert guidance on the compliance, cultural, and technical and success skills training needs of firms working with international employees. Erin spends her days doing what she loves most: helping employees and companies thrive together. Through adaptive coaching and career mentoring, Erin delights in bringing exciting new business solutions to the companies she partners with, as well as empowering clients to understand their strengths in new ways.

One of Erin’s unique contributions to Spiirall clients is her passion for quantifying People Operations. She loves talking about ways that we can better understand the ROI of investing in our teams and brings this joy to all Spiirall’s clients, helping them find creative and powerful ways to reframe their workforce challenges and successes through a data-fueled partnership.

Before coming to Spiirall, Erin worked as a Talent Advisor for Pinion. Additionally, she worked in the National Park system as an HR Generalist and helped lead the largest single contract concession transition in US history out of Yosemite National Park.  Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in theological studies.

When Erin is not turning the dinner conversation to cognitive assessments and the future of the Talent Development industry, you’ll find her enjoying a wide array of hobbies that includes painting and digital media, backpacking and hiking, being a crazy cat + dog mom, and international travel with her English husband. She shares her home office with her three cats and two dogs.
